Baby’s Breath (Gypsophila) produces beautiful billowy mists of tiny white flowers from July through August. Excellent as a fresh cut flower or as a background in dried bouquets. Stately plants grow to 90 cm tall, prefer neutral to somewhat alkaline soils. Plants will benefit from an application of gypsum to the soil every spring – this helps to maintain a plant favourable soil pH. Hardy to Zone 3.
