At Ritchie Feed & Seed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Store

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it directly to our physical boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
