Tomato Black Cherry Seeds | Northern Seeds

This heirloom has the complex flavour of black tomatoes and the cute and convenient size of a cherry tomato.

+/- 40 Seeds

Certified organic by Quebec Vrai

Growing recommendations

Seed tomatoes ¼” deep 4-8 weeks before last frost. Seed densely and transplant to cells or pots after seedlings develop true leaves. Transplant 18”-24” apart when days are warm and there is no longer any risk of frost (ideally avoiding night temperatures below 7 degrees Celsius). Tomatoes like a rich soil, amend with compost or manure as needed. When transplanting, be sure to cover the root ball and submerge the stalk all the way to the cotyledons – the submerged stalk will form adventitious roots. Water thoroughly when transplanting. Stake or trellis tomatoes, unless they are dwarf varieties.
